Happy Friday! It was a fun week for me with two days off. I'm liking this relaxed work schedule before our baby comes :) My favorite four this week (clockwise from top left) 1- Since Ben and I both had Wednesday off we headed up to Lambertville, NJ...one of our favorite small towns in the area. We did some flea marketing, got lunch and went shopping in this quaint town on a gorgeous fall day. 2-On Saturday we had brunch with friends at a new spot in the city and I got this delicious crepe...I want to go back! 3-I received the invite for my first baby shower...for me...how exciting! 4-Last night I was really craving friend pickles from our local tap room so Ben was my hero and got them take-out for me. We had a mini picnic at the park while Berlin (our dog) ran around everyone was happy.
Have a great weekend! xoxo

Popovers
Here is the recipe I use for one of our favorite treats...popovers.
Ingredients:
-3 Eggs
-1 cup Milk
-3 tablespoons Melted Butter
-1/2 Teaspoon Salt
-1 cup Flour
Pre-heat oven to 400 deg. Combine beaten eggs, milk and melted butter. Slowly add flour and salt...whip just until smooth. Fill each popover cup 3/4 full and bake approximately 40 minutes. You can serve plain, with butter, jam or anything else you can think of.
The secret to a perfectly popped popover is to place the pan in the oven while it is heating up. I learned this trick from my grandma. Enjoy xoxo!

Ben and I enjoyed a low key weekend after being out of town and having guests the last few weekends. One of the local things we did was hit up the Philadelphia Warehouse and Mill sale in the Mt. Airy section of Philadelphia. Here are a few pics of the fun things we found there. Happy Monday xoxo!
