Sticker Nail Polish

I got these nail stickers for free while shopping at Urban Outfitters and so I thought I would try them out. It was a lot easier than I thought it was going to be to apply them and it was awesome there is no dry time to wait for. Here is how you do it if you wanted to try it yourself. There are so many different brands at the drug store so pick one out and try it yourself. xoxo

All you need...the stickers and a nail file.

Stick on the right size nail for your nail bed and then file off the excess.

And you are done...super easy and there is no dry time!

36 Weeks

4 weeks left and 1 cm dilated already. That is a good sign that she won't be too late and I won't have to be induced but who knows what this baby really has in store. Have a great Wednesday...xoxo!

Favorite Four

Happy Friday! It has been a busy week for us...I'm used to a lot more downtime so I am wiped out. Looking forward to a low key Saturday and Sunday. My favorite four for this week (clockwise from top left) 1-Ben and I had our annual Auto Show/dinner in Chinatown date on Thursday... it is always one of my favorite dates of the year. 2-I had brunch with girlfriends twice this week...really trying to enjoy this time before our little girl arrives, although I am getting pretty excited to meet her. 3-The rest of my crib bedding arrived this Wednesday...it is so fun to get the nursery set up...can't wait to show you pics soon! 4-For some reason I got quite a few baby gifts/packages in the mail this week...how fun!

Have a great weekend...xoxo!

35 Weeks

Only 5 weeks to go! We are excited to meet our little girl so soon. I am happy to say her nursery is about 90% complete so I am hoping to have pics for you in the next week or 2. Other than that we are as ready as we can be. We've taken the classes, bought the diapers and have a car seat. Now we just need to meet her so we can figure each other out.

Hope you all have a fabulous week...xoxo!

It's been a while since I have done a favorite four. So many fun things I could have put from the holidays but here are just my favorites from this week...(clockwise from top left) 1-My 3rd and final baby shower was a fun morning with my Philly friends...for more pics from it click here. 2-This is the beautiful view I see every time I go to the doctors office. It is one of my favorite days because I get to hear our little girl's heart beat. 3-Tuesday was foggy ALL day...I loved it! 4-These last few days between the holidays and Ben starting up teaching again we have had lots of down time together...we are really trying to enjoy this time together before our lives change drastically. This is a pic from a coffee shop we went to this week.

Have a great weekend...xoxo!

Raclette Dinner Party 2013

Happy New Year! I hope you all had a great holiday. Ben and I enjoyed our time in Minnesota with family and a restful start to the new year with lots of downtime at home last week. It is nice to be back in our 'normal routine' as we await the arrival of our little girl next month!

Last night Ben and I, along with our neighbors, hosted our 3rd annual progressive raclette dinner. Starting with appetizers at their house and then dinner/dessert at our house. Here are a few photos from the fun night. If you are interested in hosting your own raclette party you can check out my how to guide from last year here. xoxo

Cheers!

Delicious goat cheese appetizer.

Ready to raclette.

So much good food!

I made a Galette des Rois for dessert to celebrate Epiphany day.

Yum! Basically just puff pastry, almond paste, butter and sugar...what could be bad?
